Planning, Zachary Dickerson 910-798-7450: Comment 1: Foundation plantings. On the two shorter ends, with scaling at 1:20 I was not getting the calculations that were shown in the data table. Mine were coming in at ~28 sq ft on the side facing Cape Harbor Drive for example. Response: A foundation planting exhibit has been added to the landscape plan to show how we calculated the areas. Comment 2: Lighting plan – we require the foot candles to be shown up the property line. Response: An updated lighting plan has been included within this submittal to show the foot candles at the property line. Comment 3: Will await the tree survey and subsequent permit. That said, the Fire Engine fits on site, so a standard front loading refuse collection truck would also fit. Response: Trash truck vehicle tracking has been updated to a 35’ track truck.
