The approved commercial site plan consists of the construction of a maximum 150,818 square foot, maximum 30 foot tall front of parapet wall, 26 foot tall at the roof, retail building with associated landscaping and parking. This approval is valid for two (2) years unless a building permit or zoning compliance approval authorizing the approved development is obtained. Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development ordinances, including but not limited to, those referenced in the initial Technical Review Committee (TRC) dated October 28, 2022, and / or subsequent revised comments. In addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation, or requirement of any other government or regulatory agency.
