This request seeks to remove one parcel totaling approximately 15.07 acres from the Industrial Park. The subject property is zoned GI, General Industrial, and RA, Rural Agricultural. The subject property is located on the east side of US Highway 421 approximately 50 feet north of the Pender/New Hanover County line in the Grady Township.
