HomeMy WebLinkAboutCoastal Millwork - Major Commercial Site Approval - 7-30-2024 Page | 1 COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL To: Jeremy Blair, Paramounte Engineering From: Robert Farrell, Development Review Supervisor Date: July 30, 2024 Subject: Commercial Site Plan Approval – Coastal Millwork – Blue Clay Business Park The commercial site plan for the new uses of office and warehousing located at 4100 Logistics Road in the Blue Clay Business Park has been approved. The approved commercial site plan consists of the construction of a 32-foot tall, 62,437 square foot building. In addition, the parking demand study is also approved reducing the total number of required parking spaces from 94 off-street parking spaces to 89 spaces. This approval is valid for two (2) years unless a building permit or zoning compliance approval authorizing the approved development is obtained. Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development ordinances, including but not limited to, those referenced in the initial Technical Review Committee (TRC) dated May 1, 2024 and / or subsequent revised comments. In addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation, or requirement of any other government or regulatory agency.
