The approved plan consists of 0.9 acres of land located at 2701 Blue Clay Road (PID# R03316-004-002-000). This approval is valid for two (2) years unless a building permit or zoning compliance approval authorizing the approved development is obtained. Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development ordinances, including but not limited to, those referenced in the initial Technical Review Committee (TRC) dated February 24, 2023 and / or subsequent revised comments. In addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation, or requirement of any other government or regulatory agency.
