Workforce Housing Programs
To Whom It May Concern:
Please accept this letter to confirm that Cape Fear Collective has submitted a
Letter of Intent to the City of Wilmington for a proposal for major rehabilitation
construction funding of at least $800,000 annually for the “Block-by-Block”
project.
The City’s Affordable Housing Development program accepts applications on a
rolling basis. The “Block-by-Block” project meets the City’s program guidelines
of providing affordable rental housing for eligible low-to-moderate income
households.
