Bryan Greene
• Appointed to Board of Commissioners April 2021
• Chair of Real Estate Development Committee
• Commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in leasing,
acquisition, disposition, and development; having worked on retail, office,
industrial, land, and investment assignments for companies, investors, and
institutions.
• Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Society of Industrial and
Office Realtors (SIOR), and Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designations
from their respective organizations.
• Extensive experience in the ground-up development and re-development of
shopping centers, offices, and industrial buildings that require expertise in
feasibility, analysis, entitlement, planning, design, and project management.
• Master of Business Administration degree from the Terry College of Business at
the University of Georgia, with a concentration in Real Estate and a Bachelor of
Arts degree from the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, with a major in
Economics from the University of Georgia.
• Longtime resident of Wilmington, and he enjoys spending time with his two
children, managing their schoolwork, interests, and activities.

• Graduated from Appalachian State University, MBA at UNCW Wilmington
• Worked for Miller Building, McKim & Creed, John S. Clark Construction, WM
Jordan Construction, as Vice President of Operations for the RiverLights community
• Started Streamline Development and now works as a consultant to various
construction, engineering, and related real estate companies
• Owns and operates Furniture Finders, to help families that have experienced fires,
disasters, have been homeless or are just in need due to life circumstances
• Served on many Boards including Chamber of Commerce, Cape Fear Council Boy
Scout Board, UNCW Foundation, Child Advocacy Board, Good Friends Board, ASU
Real Estate Board, Appalachian Foundation, Friends of Muni, First Tee and the
South State Bank, led Women’s Built Habitat project
