Good afternoon,
Attached is the pro forma budget that was asked for.
On the pro forma it asks for the rent for these units. Pierson Pointe’s 48 units will be available
to purchase at a cost of $250,000. This units will remain affordable with the deed restrictions
with the purchase.
I have also attached our Deed restrictions along with the pro forma that the foundation is
using.
As part of the application, it asked for a copy of our TRC. The Pierson Pointe Project is
scheduled for its TRC review on August 21.
Once the TRC is completed all information will be provided to the committee. We are not
anticipating any issue with our review.
The Wilmington Realtors Foundation is also in the review process of a program grant with the
NHC endowment. This grant will be used to payoff the land on Carolina Beach road.
The Wilmington Realtors Foundation is also in the application process of a capacity building
grant with the NHC endowment.
