Biddle, Development Review Planner Date: May 7, 2024 PID#: R07900-003-030-000 Egov#: SUBPP-23-0007 Subject: Commercial Site Plan Approval – Fawn Valley Drive – 6650 Myrtle Grove Road The commercial site plan for the Fawn Valley major subdivision has been approved. The approved site plan consists of the construction of a major subdivision within an R-15 zoning district, totaling a property area of 844,268 square feet (19.38 acres). Fawn Valley performance subdivision is permitted to consist of 49 lots with associated parking and landscaping with a required minimum of 3.88 acres of open space. This approval is valid for two (2) years unless a building permit or zoning compliance approval authorizing the approved development is obtained. Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development ordinances. In addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation, or requirement of any other government or regulatory agency.
