The Technical Review Committee of the New Hanover County
Planning Board will meet on March 8, 1995 at 4:00 p.m. in Room
501 of the County Administration Building to consider the
following items:
ITEM 1: Treybrooke(Performance Development) - Request by Jack
Stocks. RLS to consider approval of a 34 lot development on the
west side of Masonboro Loop Road across from Whispering Pines
development.

to and south of Hidden Valley development. Access to the property
will be served by a road stub located in Hidden Valley.
