RLS to consider approval of a 34 lot development on the west side of Masonboro Loop Road across from Whispering Pines development. Zoning: R-15 Water: Community Sewer: County Roads: Public Acreage: 31.8 Previous TRC Action: None ITEM 2: Quail Woods(Performance Development) - Request by Jack Stocks, RLS to consider approval of a 31 lot development within Coastal Carolina County Club located at the western terminous of Murrayville Road. Zonjng: R-15 Water: County Sewer: County Roads: Public Acreage: 11.43 Previous TRC Action: Various preliminary segments under the CoastRl Carolina development concept plan such as Brittany Woods, G�'rdon Woods and Brittany Lakes have been approved by the TRC over the past several years. Coastal Carolina's Master Concept plan was originally approved by staff in June, 1986 for 3,850 units. lTEM 3: Vineyard Green(Performance Development) - Request by Eastland developers to consider approval of a 50 lot development 600 feet south of the Hidden Valley Road-Masonboro Loop Road intersect, west side of Masonboro Loop Road. Access to the property will be served by a road stub located in Hidden Valley. Zoning: R-15 Water: Community Sewer: County Roads: Public Acreage: 17 Previous TRC Action: None ITEM 5: Scotts Hill Bluff(Convention Development) - Request by Hanover Design to consider a minor road cross-section adjustment in the above referenced development. The proposed development stradles the New Hanover-Pender County line in Scotts Hill. Zoning: R-15 Water: Individual Wells Sewer: Individual Septic Tanks Roads: Private Lots: 16 (New Hanover County) Acreage: 8.3 (New Hanover County) Previous TRC Action: The preliminary site was reapproved by the TRC in February, 1995.
