As displayed on the site plans, Vineyard Green was approved for 50 lots, Beacon Woods 38 lots. Please note that water calculations for both projects will need to be submitted to the County Fire Marshal's office to determine the feasibility of fire plug installation prior to final plat approval. Attending the meeting were: Wesley Nixon, TRC chairman; Charles Howell, Jim Wolle, Joyce Fernando and John Galarde, TRC members; Aubrey Rivenbark, Acting Fire Marshal; Wayne Kimbrell, County Engineer; Sandy Wood and Jim Hunter/ developers; members of the Planning staff and you. Vineyard Green and Beacon Woods will be valid as preliminary site plans for one year. Both plans will expire if a final plat for all or part of the development is not recorded in twelve months. Preliminary site plan extensions may be requested if you are not able to record a map with the prescribed time frame.
