Beacon Woods(Performance Residential Development)
Dear Jack:
A preliminary site plan for the above referenced
developments was reviewed and approved on March 8, 1995 by the
Technical Review Committee pursuant to Section 102-4 of the
County Zoning Ordinance. As displayed on the site plans,
Vineyard Green was approved for 50 lots, Beacon Woods 38 lots.
Please note that water calculations for both projects will need
to be submitted to the County Fire Marshal's office to determine
the feasibility of fire plug installation prior to final plat
approval.
Attending the meeting were: Wesley Nixon, TRC chairman;
Charles Howell, Jim Wolle, Joyce Fernando and John Galarde, TRC
members; Aubrey Rivenbark, Acting Fire Marshal; Wayne Kimbrell,
County Engineer; Sandy Wood and Jim Hunter/ developers; members
of the Planning staff and you.
Vineyard Green and Beacon Woods will be valid as preliminary
site plans for one year. Both plans will expire if a final plat
for all or part of the development is not recorded in twelve
months. Preliminary site plan extensions may be requested if you
are not able to record a map with the prescribed time frame.
Please note that it will be your responsibilty to obtain
other development related permits, as applicable. Contact me if
you have questions.
