We don’t see an issue with the proposed change, if we can get an updated copy of the proposed revision map adding
those four lots to the mixed use section we’ll work up an approval letter for the change and get that sent over to you
hopefully today or first thing tomorrow.

Robert, good morning. Apologies for all of the emails. If what I have proposed appears to be
successful, I would like to also add a ten percent (10%) increase of units on the MX building up
front [four (4) total units], which still leaves a total net decrease of one (1) unit. Hill

In light of the upcoming plat to be recorded (see attached) for the Timbers at Whiskey Branch
subdivision, also please find attached my first attempt at amending the Master Plan Map to
allow for administrative approval of moving dwelling units from one location to another within
the PUD without increasing density. (Scroll to last page, page #10)
Let me know if this is an acceptable document for moving forward to receive
approval. Conversely, let me know any additional information and or edits that you may
require. Thanks.
