Subject: Commercial Site Plan TRC Approval – Parkway Corporate Park Landscaping Equipment Storage
– 3401 Merchant Court
The subject Commercial Site Plan has been approved by the Technical Review Committee (TRC). The
approved plan consists of a stormwater wetland, gravel driveway, and pervious laydown yard on 1.02
acres of land located at 3401 Merchant Court, PID# R02612-002-009-000. This approval is valid for two
years unless a building permit application for all or a portion of the project is submitted to the County. The
approved preliminary plan is enclosed.
Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development ordinances. In
addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation, or requirement of any other
government or regulatory agency.
Approval of this preliminary plan allows for construction plans to be approved for the subject
project. Construction plans must be approved prior to full site work taking place on the property.
