1. General Comments
a. Acknowledged, the zoning is listed on the cover sheet.
b. Acknowledged, the address is Wilmington, however the site has been designed per the
County UDO.
c. We have reached out to MR Wilder and are currently working with him.
2. UDO Section 5.1, Parking and Loading
a. Acknowledged.
b. Acknowledged. 13 of the spaces to the north of the building are now called out to be EV
ready.
c. Conduit is now called out to be installed along the 13 space north of the building.
d. The conduit is now shown and called out on Sheet CU-6.0.
3. UDO Section 5.2, Traffic, Access and Connectivity

NHC Soil & Water Conservation (Brian Dadson)
1. A site specific geotechnical investigation was done on this site. The soils have been
determined to be Poorly Graded Sands (SP), with this classification being consistent across
the site. Based on the site specific geotechnical report these soils are more consistent with
well drained Type A soils.
NHC Engineering (Galen Jamison)
1. Acknowledged. The plans have been submitted to the County for E&S review.
2. Acknowledged. The plans have been submitted to the County for Stormwater review.
3. Acknowledged.
