A site specific geotechnical investigation was done on this site. The soils have been determined to be Poorly Graded Sands (SP), with this classification being consistent across the site. Based on the site specific geotechnical report these soils are more consistent with well drained Type A soils. NHC Engineering (Galen Jamison) 1. Acknowledged.
