The approved plan consists of 34 single-family dwelling units on 13.68 acres of land located in the 5500 block of Myrtle Grove Rd. (PID# R07616-003-033-000, R07616-003-004-000, R07616-003-032-000, R07616-003-003-001, and R07616-000-039-000). This approval is valid for two years unless a building permit application for all or a portion of the project is submitted to the County. The approved preliminary plan is enclosed. Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development ordinances. In addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation, or requirement of any other government or regulatory agency. Approval of this preliminary plan allows for construction plans to be approved for the subject project. Construction plans must be approved prior to full site work taking place on the property.
