The current zoning of the property is R-15 (low density residential). The proposed conditional rezoning would be R-5 (moderate-high residential) with a proposed density of 8.0 units/acre consisting of single family units. Please reference the attached illustration of the concept site plan. We welcome the opportunity to discuss the proposed project with you at the community meeting where you can drop by and we will answer any questions.
