The subject Commercial Site Plan has been approved by the Technical Review Committee (TRC). The
approved plan consists of 2 buildings at a total of 305, 760 sq ft on 187 acres of land located at 3930
US Hwy 421 (PID# R02400-001-037-000.). This approval is valid for two years unless a building permit
application for all or a portion of the project is submitted to the County. The approved preliminary plan is
enclosed.
Please note this development is being phased out over several buildings. This includes the 15 trees per acre
landscaping requirement, which is also being spread out over those phases. See pages in approval packet
for details.
Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development ordinances. In
addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation, or requirement of any other
government or regulatory agency.
Approval of this preliminary plan allows for construction plans to be approved for the subject
project. Construction plans must be approved prior to full site work taking place on the property.
