Dear Future Neighbor,
We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to invite you on April 22nd at 6:00 PM to the Hampton
Inn located at 1989 Eastwood Road, Wilmington 28403 to discuss the proposed rezoning of our property
as well as the process included in rezoning these parcels. The subject property addresses are 7715, 7718
and 7740 Alexander Road. For further reference, the parcel ID numbers are R03600-004-002-000, R03600-
004-022-000, and R03600-004-001-000.
We are inviting you to a meeting to discuss any potential concerns our future neighbors may have with the
proposed project. We want to hear, understand and address our neighbors’ concerns. We will have a copy
of the proposed site plan at the meeting, but have also attached said map here for your reference.
We value this neighborhood and its residents, and we are committed to being responsible property owners.
