Public Comment It is surprising a school was built on a dead end road which is
also a hurricane evacuation road, 2 lane. Waterstone and
properties on the north side of the traffic circle combined with
school traffic is not only dangerous but causes tremendous
back up during peak travel hours. Edgewater club road has
flooded and been impassable over the last 35 years I’ve lived
on it numerous times, especially during hurricane season. The
lower density would not create as many issues with traffic and
flooding. Please do not rezone for higher density.
