We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to invite you on April 29"' at 6:00 PM to the YWCA
Lower Cape Fear located at 2815 S. College Road, Wilmington 28412 to discuss the proposed rezoning
of our property as well as the process included in rezoning this parcel. The subject property address is 6900
Carolina Beach Road. For further reference, the parcel ID number is R08200-001-012-000.
We are inviting you to a meeting to discuss any potential concerns our future neighbors may have with the
proposed project. We want to hear, understand and address our neighbors' concerns. We will have a copy
of the proposed site plan at the meeting, but have also attached said map here for your reference.
