Subject: Sea Glass Harbor – Performance Residential Development – Preliminary Plan Approval
The preliminary plan for Sea Glass Harbor has been approved by the Technical Review Committee
(TRC). The approved plan consists of 69 lots on 27.56 acres of land located at 7129 Carolina Beach Road
(PID# R08200-005-048-000, R08200-005-050-000, R08200-005-052-000, R08200-005-054-001,
R08200-005-059-000, R08200-005-060-000, R08200-005-061-000, R08200-005-062-000, R08200-
005-072-000, R08200-005-073-000, & R08200-005-280-000). This approval is valid for two years
unless a building permit application for all or a portion of the project is submitted to the County. The
approved preliminary plan is enclosed.
Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development ordinances. In
addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation, or requirement of any other
government or regulatory agency.
Approval of this preliminary plan allows for construction plans to be approved for the subject
project. Construction plans must be approved prior to full site work taking place on the property.
