Subject: Withdrawal of Special Use Permit Application
Good morning Robert,
I sincerely apologize for the delay in our response. After a thorough review of the UDO and the
Comprehensive Plan, we recognize that the primary obstacle to our application is the property's distance
from areas designated as "Urban Mixed Use" and "Community Mixed Use" within the future land use
plan.
While we continue to believe that our proposed development would bring significant value to the
community and support the healthcare professionals who serve it, we have decided to formally withdraw
our application for a Special Use Permit at this time.
Your guidance and professionalism throughout this process have been greatly appreciated, and we look
forward to continuing our collaboration on future projects. Specifically, regarding 406 and 408 Porters
Neck, the property owner, Mr. Stone, has elected to proceed under the existing zoning allowances.
Thank you again for your patience and support as we navigate this new chapter for both myself and
Clover Group Inc.
