The approved plan consists of one 10,618 square foot office and warehouse building on 1.05 acres of land located at 2944 Orville Wright Way (PID# R03400-001-070-000). The approved site plan is attached. This approval is valid for two years unless a building permit application or evidence of another substantial improvement for all or a portion of the project is submitted to the County. If the TRC approval expires it would require a new application that would subject the project to all development standards in effect at the time of the new application. Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development ordinances. In addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation, or requirement of any other federal, state, or local government or regulatory agency. Approval of this plan allows for construction plans to be submitted in COAST for the subject project. Applicants must consult with New Hanover County Engineering on any required land disturbance and stormwater permits and CFPUA on utility permits. A tree removal permit is required before any regulated trees are removed from the site. Construction plans must also be approved through the building and zoning permit review process before starting any construction.
