TRC Review Questions/Issues to Address
Confirm 12.5’ Streetyard Bu er and 25’ Building setback along N. Kerr Avenue
Overall site layout
Any issues with entrance locations on N Kerr Ave?
Is landscaping only required for public areas like entrance drive, parking areas,
foundation planting for building sides facing public area?
Any road widening or R/W dedication required along the project area frontage of N
Kerr Avenue?
Parking calculations based on sf of O ice/Retail/Commercial space only. No
minimum parking required for airport hangar facilities.
Projected sewer flow based on number of employees. Is this acceptable?
Can we submit to NHC, CFPUA, Stormwater, and Land Disturbance for concurrent
review or wait for 1st review by NHC before submitting for additional permits?
