Kerr Avenue  Overall site layout  Any issues with entrance locations on N Kerr Ave?  Is landscaping only required for public areas like entrance drive, parking areas, foundation planting for building sides facing public area?  Any road widening or R/W dedication required along the project area frontage of N Kerr Avenue?  Parking calculations based on sf of Oice/Retail/Commercial space only. No minimum parking required for airport hangar facilities.  Projected sewer flow based on number of employees. Is this acceptable?  Can we submit to NHC, CFPUA, Stormwater, and Land Disturbance for concurrent review or wait for 1st review by NHC before submitting for additional permits?
