Subject: Preliminary Plat Approval — Legacy Landing Subdivision
The preliminary plat for the major residential subdivision known as Legacy Landing located at 3204
Reminisce Road (1102500-003-004-000) has been approved. The approved preliminary plat consists of 10
residential lots as part of a conventional subdivision on a single road ending in a cul-de-sac. Included with
the development is a mailbox kiosk, stormwater pond, open space buffers, and a road stub to an adjoining
property. Enclosed is the approved site plan.
This approval is valid fortwo (2) years unless a building permit or zoning compliance approval authorizing
the approved development is obtained.
Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County's development ordinances,
including but not limited to, those referenced in the initial Technical Review Committee (TRC) dated
August 2, 2019 and / or subsequent revised comments. In addition, this approval does not relieve the
applicant from any law, regulation, or requirement of any other government or regulatory agency.
