They are changing the condo buildings into 3 and 4 unit townhomes. The first aƩachment is their proposed changes and the second aƩachment is the TRC approval issued in November. The unit count and impervious surface area is being reduced in the development area. This seems like a minor change from a planning / zoning standpoint but let me know if there are any significant issues or changes that should be addressed?
