Good morning,
The developers of Sunset Towns have decided make a change to their approved project. They are changing the condo
buildings into 3 and 4 unit townhomes. The first aƩachment is their proposed changes and the second aƩachment is the
TRC approval issued in November.
The unit count and impervious surface area is being reduced in the development area.
This seems like a minor change from a planning / zoning standpoint but let me know if there are any significant issues or
changes that should be addressed?

Hope all is well. Over the past few weeks we have been working on revising the Sunset Towns development to be an all
Townhome development with each building being 4 units or less. This reduced the density of the project and leŌ some
future density for the parcel located on the East side of I-140. The aƩached plans have been updated with the new
layout. Is this something you can handle as an administraƟve review/approval? Also, do we need to prepare an
addiƟonal site plan submiƩal for the amenity center shown on the plans?
