TRC Comments Resubmittal
Ms. Smith,
Attached are revised plans per TRC comments for the above referenced project. Below are
responses to comments as provided from your office:
Nicole Smith- Planning
1. Parking counts updated. Parking provided exceeds required.
2. Open space is hatched and labeled.
3. Tree removal plan is provided on L1. Updated signed removal permit included with this
submittal.
4. Streetyards updated and shown on L1.
5. Dumpster detail was shown on detail sheet D1.
6. Duke Energy lighting plan included with this submittal. Also included is building
security flood lights and locations added to C2 site plan. Light levels not exceeded at
property lines.
7. Pedestrian easement is shown on sheet C6.
Ray Griswold – Fire Services:
No comments.
Galen Jamison – NHC Engineering
1. Responses to ATC will be submitted directly to Engineering.
Bernice Johnson – CFPUA:
1. Plan review submitted.
2. Sewer permit submitted.
3. Water Extension Permit to NCDEQ to be provided shortly.
Marie Hemmen – Environmental Health:
1. Water and sewer to be provided by CFPUA.
Patrick Wurzel – NCDOT:
1. Driveway and Encroachments will be submitted to NCDOT shortly.
Kayla Grubb – WMPO:

1. Will coordinate street names.
2. There will be 4 apartment units per building and only one floor.
3. Will coordinate for street naming and addressing.
