Below are responses to comments as provided from your office: Brad Schuler- Planning 1. Updated. 2. Parking calcs added. 3. Added. 4. Revised setback and buffers. 5. Tree removal permit initially submitted. Revised for additional trees removed due to CFPUA easement requirements. 6. Added. 7. Existing vegetation considered where applicable. 8. Dumpster detail added. 9. Noted. 10. Exterior lighting plan conducted by Duke Energy. Will upload plan. 11. Interior road connection to Blue Clay added. It will be noted for future constructed and bonded at this time. 12. Added. 13. Landscape plan revised. Ray Griswold – Fire Services: 1. Buildings are sprinklered. FDC’s and hydrants adjusted to be within 100’. 2. No gates proposed. 3. A Section 510 study is noted. 4. Building information signage will be covered under building permits. Galen Jamison – NHC Engineering 1. Land disturbing permit submitted. County Stormwater Permit modification submitted as well. 2. Drainage easements provided on the Minor Subdivision map submittal. 3. Site plan revised and added drainage arrows to indicate flow patterns. Bernice Johnson – CFPUA: 1. Plan review submitted. 2. Sewer permit submitted. 3. Water Extension Permit to NCDEQ to be provided shortly. Marie Hemmen – Environmental Health: 1. Water and sewer to be provided by CFPUA. Patrick Wurzel – NCDOT: 1. Driveway and Encroachments will be submitted to NCDOT shortly. Kayla Grubb – WMPO: 1. Noted. Thank you. John Townsend – Planning (Addressing): 1. Will coordinate street names. 2.
