APPLICANT NAME: Storehouse Holdings, LLC PERMIT NUMBER: TR-25-000062 TREE REMOVAL/PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Removal of 2,853 inches of trees, 664 of which are significant. UPDATE: 18” significant inches removed. 36 more mitigation inches required. REQUIRED MITIGATION: 1364 inches (682 x 2) of trees replanted or retained. APPROVED TREE MITIGATION: Mitigation is achieved by retention of 945 inches of native trees in the site’s undisturbed area. 945 x 1.5 native tree retention = 1,417.5 mitigation inches provided. TREE REMOVAL MUST BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS APPROVED BY THE COUNTY (ATTACHED TO THIS PERMIT), INCLUDING PLANS FOR MITIGATING THE REMOVAL OF SIGNIFICANT TREES. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE APPROVED PLAN MAY RESULT IN A REQUIRED PAYMENT INTO THE COUNTY’S TREE IMPROVEMENT FUND IN ACCORDANCE WITH COUNTY STANDARDS. EXISTING SIGNIFICANT TREES THAT ARE TO REMAIN ON THE SITE MUST BE PROTECTED FROM VEHICULAR MOVEMENT AND MATERIAL STORAGE DURING ANY CLEARING, GRADING, OR LAND DISTURBING ACITIVITIES. AN UNDISTURBED AREA MUST BE RESERVED AROUND EACH TREE AS DETERMINED BY THE TREE’S DRIP LINE. THE UNDISTURBED AREA MUST BE PROTECTED BY A SUITABLE FENCE. 3. IF A PROTECTED TREE IS DESTROYED, SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED, OR DIES AS A RESULT OF NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE PROPERTY OWNER WITHIN THREE YEARS AFTER THE CLEARING, GRADING, OR LAND DISTURBING ACTIVITY, THEN REPLACEMENT TREES MUST BE PLANTED ON THE SITE OR A PAYMENT MUST BE MADE TO THE COUNTY’S TREE IMPROVEMENT FUND IN ACCORDANCE WITH COUNTY STANDARDS. 4. THIS PERMIT DOES NOT RELIEVE THE PROPERTY OWNER OR APPLICANT FROM ANY LAW, REGULATION, OR REQUIREMENT OF ANY OTHER GOVERNMENT OR REGULATORY AGENCY. ADDITIONAL LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL PERMITS MAY BE REQUIRED TO BE OBTAINED PRIOR TO BEGINNING ANY CLEARING, GRADING, OR OTHER LAND DISTURBING ACTIVITIES. 5. MODIFICATIONS MADE TO THE APPROVED TREE REMOVAL AND MITIGATION PLAN WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL REVIEW BY THE COUNTY AND MAY REQUIRE THE SUBMITTAL OF A NEW TREE REMOVAL PERMIT APPLICATION.
