Here are the numbers I have:
Original:
664 significant inches removed
1,328 mitigation inches required
1,006 inches retained
1,509 inches mitigation provided (181 inches extra)
Proposed:
682 significant inches removed (+18)
1364 mitigation inches required (+36)
945 inches retained (-61)
1,417.5 inches mitigation provided (-91.5; 53.5 inches extra)

Thanks, so the revised calculations we're looking at are as follows:
Originally, 1,364 inches of mitigation required, 1,530 provided.
Revised site plan requires 1,400 inches of mitigation (18" water oak * 2 = 36 more mitigation inches)
Revised site plan provides 1,439 inches of mitigation (originally 1,530, which is 1,020 * 1.5 | 1,020 - 61 =
959 | 959 * 1.5 = 1,439)
If you agree with the above calculations, I'll just issue a revised TRP.

Zach, attached are the corrected plans.
Overall, the following trees needed to be removed in the open space areas:
13 Water Oak
14 Loblolly Pine
15 Loblolly Pine
18 Water Oak (significant)
19 Loblolly Pine
Total: 61 documented inches and 18 significant inches.
The tree retention calculations have been updated to remove the subject trees. Please let me know if you need
anything else.

Ahhhh. The retention numbers are incorrect. Sorry, we were looking at saving some additional trees,
but it was determined they still needed to be removed.
I will get you corrected plans early next week.

Thanks! To make sure we're on the same page, the old tree removal permit had 1,328" of mitigation
required, with 1,509 mitigation inches provided.
New permit has 1,364" of mi ga on required, with 1,530 provided, correct?
Also, was there an extra 14" loblolly pine found on the site? I no ced the original said 13 but this says 14. If so,
that's fine, I just want to make sure we're documen ng the difference with explana on since that number is
higher than was on the original permit which might look weird.

We need to remove a handful of additional trees for the Myrtle Sound subdivision due to some changes in the
stormwater design. Please see the revised tree removal plans. Overall, we are still meeting the mitigation
requirements through the retention of existing trees.
