Subject: Commercial Site Plan Approval – 6900 Carolina Beach Road – Apartment Complex
and Self Storage Units
The commercial site plan for a mixed-use restaurant/retail building has been approved. The
approved commercial site plan consists of the construction of 7 apartment buildings and a 36,000
square foot mini storage structure with associated parking and landscaping on 13.94 acres of a
33.83 parcel of land located at 6900 Carolina Beach Road (PIN: R08200-001-010-000 &
R08200-001-012-000). Enclosed is the approved site plan.
This approval is valid for two (2) years unless a building permit or zoning compliance approval
authorizing the approved development is obtained.
Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development
ordinances, including but not limited to, those referenced in the initial review and/or subsequent
revised comments. In addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation,
or requirement of any other government or regulatory agency.
