TREE REMOVAL MUST BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS APPROVED BY THE COUNTY (ATTACHED TO THIS PERMIT), INCLUDING PLANS FOR MITIGATING THE REMOVAL OF SIGNIFICANT TREES. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE APPROVED PLAN MAY RESULT IN A REQUIRED PAYMENT INTO THE COUNTY’S TREE IMPROVEMENT FUND IN ACCORDANCE WITH COUNTY STANDARDS. 2. EXISTING SIGNIFICANT TREES THAT ARE TO REMAIN ON THE SITE MUST BE PROTECTED FROM VEHICULAR MOVEMENT AND MATERIAL STORAGE DURING ANY CLEARING, GRADING, OR LAND DISTURBING ACTIVITIES. AN UNDISTURBED AREA MUST BE RESERVED AROUND EACH TREE AS DETERMINED BY THE TREE’S DRIP LINE. THE UNDISTURBED AREA MUST BE PROTECTED BY A SUITABLE FENCE. 3.
