US 117/NC 132 (College Road) at Murrayville Road (signalized) 2. Murrayville Road at Murray Farms Road (unsignalized) 3. Murrayville Road at Retriever Lane (unsignalized) Proposed annual growth rate • 1% at US 117/NC 132 (College Road) and Murrayville Road, 0% at all other intersections o This development is at the end of Murrayville Road; therefore, all growth will be contributions from Hanover Reserve and this site, which are captured in the scenarios with the development considered. Analysis Periods – Weekday AM peak (7:00-9:00 am) and Weekday PM peak (4:00-6:00 pm) TIA Analysis Scenarios – • 2021 Base Traffic Conditions • 2026 No Build Traffic Conditions without WMPO scenario (Excluding Hanover Reserve) • 2026 No Build Traffic Conditions with WMPO scenario (Including Hanover Reserve with modified existing volumes) • 2026 Build Future Build Traffic Conditions without WMPO scenario (Excluding Hanover Reserve) • 2026 Build Future Build Traffic Conditions with WMPO scenario (Including Hanover Reserve with modified existing volumes) • 2026 Build Future Build Traffic Conditions with Improvements and without WMPO scenario (Excluding Hanover Reserve) (if necessary) • 2026 Build Future Build Traffic Conditions with Improvements and with WMPO scenario (Including Hanover Reserve with modified existing volumes) (if necessary) DAVENPORT requests that step 2 and 3 submittals be combined for this project as this site is a single use with no pass-by or internal capture calculations. Trip Generation – Based on ITE Trip Generation Manual 11th Edition. See Table 1. Proposed site trip directional distribution – Collected based on prior approval at prior study intersections. The study intersections have remained consistent through the process. There are no intersections east of Retriever Lane and we have the western intersection of College Road included in the scoping that was approved August 25, 2021. Given the limitations on potential expansion of study intersections with the project being located at the eastern terminus of Murrayville Road, may we request that we be permitted to schedule counts for the earliest available date of January 11th, 2022 at the existing intersections of: SR1322-Murrayville Road at SR2691 -Retriever Lane SR 1322 - Murrayville Road at SR2803 - Murray Farms Road SR 1322 - Murrayville Road at SR2234 - Brittany Road US 117/NC 132 (N.
