The Planning Department conditional site approval is for the pool and installation of utilities only and does not include any landscaping, additional impervious surface or exterior lighting. The permit 24-00537 for the separate pool house was previously issued on December 20, 2024 and remains in effect and valid. This item is scheduled for the Wednesday, February 5, 2025 Technical Review Committee (TRC) meeting where additional review comments may be provided for the site. Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development ordinances. In addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation, or requirement of any other government or regulatory agency. Construction plans must be approved prior to full site work taking place on the property.
