Please see attached revised Apartment area site plan and landscape plan revisions for the patio expansions we
previously discussed. The developer chose to remove some sidewalk previously included on the site plan/permits. That
removed sidewalk is a greater area than the proposed new impervious surface for the patio expansions. Notes are
included on the site plan to further explain, and the markup pdf provided shows the sidewalks removed. The net result
is no additional impervious surface is proposed to be added to the project. Please let us know if we need to coordinate
anything further on this.
If you need hardcopies or any additional information, please let me know.

The only things I see on it would be getting engineering to sign off on the change and sending us something that shows
the patio expansions and how the foundation plantings will be addressed on those building corners where they’ll be
impacted.

Robert,
I do not know if you are the correct planner for Reserve at Beaumont Oaks. I believe Brad worked on the review prior to
leaving the County, and I am not sure I have worked with anyone on this project after he left. If you are not the right
person, could you pass this email along to the correct planner?
Here is the coordination item:
I received the attached markup from the developer of Reserve at Beaumont Oaks asking if they could expand the
apartment area patios in the locations shown in red. I cannot think of any issues with the expansions regarding zoning,
but I wanted to coordinate with you all to be sure you do not require anything from us before the developer constructs
these patios. We have enough impervious area to cover these in our stormwater permit, so I think this is just a zoning
coordination item, if anything. Let me know how we need to handle it.
