RE: Hanover Reserve Townhomes – Performance Residential Preliminary Plan TRC Review
Mr. Clark,
The Hanover Reserve Townhomes performance residential preliminary plan was discussed at the
June 10, 2020 Technical Review Committee (TRC) meeting. Please resubmit a preliminary plan that
addresses the items outlined on the TRC Comment Sheet, dated June 5, 2020, to obtain
preliminary plan approval.
In addition, it was noted during the meeting that this phase of the development will have four-
foot wide sidewalks in order to be consistent with the existing phases of the development. Please
note, however, that four-foot wide sidewalks are required to be constructed on both sides of
Springwater Drive within the project limits.
Upon notification, please submit five hard copies for TRC preliminary plan signature. Approval of
this preliminary plan allows for construction plans to be approved for the subject project.
