13.CARE SHALL BE TAKEN DURING FINAL GRADING TO ENSURE POSITIVE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM BUILDINGS AND TO
RECEIVING STRUCTURES. ROOF DRAIN DOWNSPOUTS TO BE CONNECTED TO STORM DRAINAGE OR DIRECTED TO
