HomeMy WebLinkAbout8-20-25 TRC Agenda TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA August 20th, 2025 New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet Wednesday, August 20th, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. to discuss the below items. The Technical Review Committee (TRC) is a staff-level group that reviews projects for compliance with the regulations administered by each respective review agency. The TRC meetings are considered staff meetings with applicants and are not public hearings. The TRC meeting is an opportunity for applicants to speak with county staff and any voluntarily participating state agencies about the review comments they have been provided. No voting is involved in the technical review process and no approvals or denials are made at TRC meetings. Following the TRC meeting, applicants are responsible for updating their plans to address review comments. Applicants are also responsible for coordinating with state and federal agencies for compliance with any additional requirements. Information about the projects can be found on online at the county’s Development Activity page. This meeting will be conducted remotely via teleconference.
