The 2024 New Hanover County Board of Equalization and Review met on Thursday June 11, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Conference Room 139 of the New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government
Center Drive, Wilmington, North Carolina. The purpose of the meeting was to hear appeals by property owners regarding their 2024 tax value assessments.
Members present for the session were: Hector Ingram (Chairman), Chris Stewart, Brad White, Jason Colclough, Clayton Hamerski, and Ida Smith.
Staff members present were Tax Administrator Allison Snell, Asst. Tax Administrator Chris Boney, Appraisal Manager Bob Kovar, Appraisal Supervisor Michelle Babson, Appraisers Chris Horn,
Bill Jones, Jamaica Lemons, and Eileen Haley and Fiscal Support Specialist Michelle Martin.
Chairman Hector Ingram called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

There being no further business to consider, Chairman Hector Ingram asked for a motion to recess. Motion was made by Jason Colclough and Seconded by
Chris Stewart. The meeting recessed at 9:30 am. The motion carried 6 to 0. .
