The 2018 New Hanover County Board of Equalization and Review met on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Lucie Harrell Conference Room of the New Hanover County Government Center,
230 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, North Carolina. The purpose of the meeting was to hear appeals by property owners regarding their 2018 tax value assessments.
Members present for the session were: Chairman Hector Ingram, 2nd Co-Chairman Fred Gainey, Jason Swain, Wes Turbeville and, Brett Keeler.
Staff members present were: Asst. Tax Administrator Lawana Schulze, Appraisers Larry Moeller, Eric Davis, Eileen Haley, Randy Kahl, Greg Davis and Mike Kennedy, Administrative Support
Secretaries Michelle Martin and Juanita Shiver.
Chairman Hector Ingram called the meeting to order at 9:10 a.m.

Approval of May 22, 2018 minutes. Fred Gainey MOVED, SECONDED by Jason Swain to approve minutes the motion carried 5 to 0.
