The 2017 New Hanover County Board of Equalization and Review met on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. in the Lucie Harrell Conference Room of the New Hanover County Government Center,
230 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, North Carolina. The purpose of the meeting was to hear appeals by property owners regarding their 2017 tax value assessments.
Members present for the session were: Chairman Paul Magnabosco, Nancy Pritchett, Brad White and, Fred Gainey.
Staff members present were: Asst. Tax Administrators Lawana Schulze & Scott Saunders, Appraisers Steve Walker, Heather Haas and Chris Horn, Administrative Support Secretaries Michelle
Martin and Juanita Wallace.
Chairman Paul Magnabosco called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

Approval of November 28, 2017 minutes. Brad White MOVED, SECONDED by Nancy Pritchett to approve minutes the motion carried 4 to 0.

Chairman Paul Magnabosco discussed the upcoming meeting schedule. The next Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 12, 2017 from 9am-4pm with, Chairman Paul Magnabosco, Co-Chairman
Hector Ingram, Nancy Pritchett, Brad White & Jason Swain expected to attend. Future meeting scheduled Tuesday, January 9th from 9-5pm with, Chairman Paul Magnabosco, Co-Chairman Hector
Ingram, Nancy Pritchett, Jason Swain & Brad White expected to attend.
