The 2017 New Hanover County Board of Equalization and Review met on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Lucie Harrell Conference Room of the New Hanover County Government Center,
230 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, North Carolina. The purpose of the meeting was to hear appeals by property owners regarding their 2017 tax value assessments.
Members present for the session were: Chairman Paul Magnabosco, Co-Chairman Hector Ingram, Fred Gainey, Brad White and, Jason Swain.
Staff members present were: Asst. Tax Administrators Lawana Schulze & Scott Saunders, Appraisal Supervisor James Paulk, Appraisers Larry Moeller, Ron McWatty and, Eric Davis, Administrative
Support Secretaries Michelle Martin and Juanita Wallace.
Chairman Paul Magnabosco called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

Approval of February 27, 2018 minutes. Brad White MOVED, SECONDED by Jason Swain to approve minutes the motion carried 5 to 0.

Chairman Paul Magnabosco asked if, there was any new business. Assistant Tax Administrator Lawana Schultz informed the board members appeal R06200-007-003-001 Catherine L Fleming, 0
Head Rd (which, was tabled for additional information) will be continuing to board for 2018 Tax Year. Chairman Paul Magnabosco thanked fellow Board Members and the Tax Department for
their work this tax year.
AGENDA ITEM # 7: Adjournment
There being no further business to consider, Chairman Paul Magnabosco asked for a motion to adjourn 2017 Board of Equalization & Review. Hector Ingram moved; seconded by Brad White
to adjourn Board of Equalization and Review at 10:52 am. The motion carried 5 to 0.
