HomeMy WebLinkAbout01-30-2017 BOER MINUTESASSEMBLY The 2017 New Hanover County Board of Equalization and Review met on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Lucie Harrell Conference Room of the New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, North Carolina. The purpose of the meeting was to hear appeals by property owners regarding their 2017 tax value assessments. Members present for the session were: Chairman Paul Magnabosco, Nancy Pritchett, Brad White, Hector Ingram and, Jason Swain. Staff members present were: Asst. Tax Administrator Lawana Schulze, Appraisal Supervisor James Paulk, Appraisers Steve Walker, Larry Moeller, Ron McWatty and Eric Davis, Administrative Support Secretaries Nancy Reis and Juanita Wallace. Chairman Paul Magnabosco discussed some upcoming changes which will be made to several documents and, presented on February 27, 2018 agenda.
