Hilton Bluffs Draft TIA (currently under review) includes the following trip generation
information. While the TIA still studies over 4000 units, current submitted preliminary
plans include a maximum unit count within the range of trips and associated
improvements in TIA Phases 1-3 (Phase 3 includes up to 2100 units studied).
Full TIA report is under review with NCDOT / WMPO and pending further recommended
revisions/ approval. The development will comply with the final approval.
