Thanks for including parking space sizedetails. Noted.b.As of .June 17, 2024, any development requiring 25 or more parking spacesis required to run conduit for Electric Vehicle Parking.
1.This is required for 20% of parking spaces, capping at 15 spaces.11.66 parking spaces are shov,rn on the site plan, 20% is 13 spaces.
