Vice-Chairman Angela Rhodes called the Public Hearing and Formal Budget
Adoption to order at 5:00 p.m. at the NHC Government Complex in the Lucy B.
Harrell Board Room.
ITEM #1 – EXCUSED – ANGELA RHODES

ITEM #2 – PUBLIC HEARING
Vice-Chairman Angela Rhodes opened the public hearing on the 2017-2018 budget
ordinance. As no one had signed up to speak, the Chairman asked for a motion to
close the public hearing.

\[Motion made by Anne Brodsky, seconded by Chuck Pennington and
unanimously approved to close the public hearing.\]
ITEM #3 - ADOPTION OF FY 2017-2018 BUDGET ORDINANCE
Vice-Chairman Angela Rhodes called for the Board’s adoption of the formal budget
ordinance for FY 2017-2018.
\[Motion made by Mayor Bill Saffo, seconded by Anne Brodsky and
unanimously carried to adopt the formal budget ordinance for FY 2017-2018
in the amount of $6,003,284. A copy of the ordinance is located in the
Resolution/Ordinance book dated as of March, 2011.\]
There being no further business to come before the Board, motion made to adjourn
the meeting at 5:05 p.m.
NOTE: Our next TDA Board Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 30, 2017
