Community Meeting Notice for a Rezoning

Dear Property Owner,
This is a notice for a community information meeting regarding a rezoning request by Trask
Land Company, Inc., applicant on behalf of Venters & Venters Properties, LLC, property owner,
to rezone approximately 163.2 acres from R-15 to Planned Development (PD) for a master-
planned, mixed-use project, including retail, general office, medical office and residential uses
with custom standards tailored to the site, subject to New Hanover County approval. Your
attendance is voluntary and not required, but we welcome you to attend.
The property is located on Gordon Road (Exhibit A) and is identified as PID R04300-008-002-
000 and R04300-008-005-000.
The purpose of this meeting is to present the proposal and provide answers to questions that may
arise from meeting attendees.
The meeting will be held at 1380 N College Rd, Wilmington, NC 28405 and begins at 5:30pm on
Thursday, December 4th. For directions or further information, please contact us at

Please note this meeting is informational only. The formal rezoning application will be reviewed
by County staff, the Planning Board and County Commissioners at future public hearings.
