Chairman Nicolas Montoya called the Public Hearing and Formal Budget Adoption
to order at 5:00 p.m. at the NHC Government Complex in the Lucy B. Harrell
Board Room.
ITEM #1 – EXCUSED – CHAIRMAN NICOLAS MONTOYA

ITEM #2 – PUBLIC HEARING
Chairman Nicolas Montoya opened the public hearing on the 2018-2019 budget
ordinance. As no one had signed up to speak, the Chairman asked for a motion to
close the public hearing.

\[Motion made by Chuck Pennington, seconded by Jason Bryant and
unanimously approved to close the public hearing.\]
ITEM #3 - ADOPTION OF FY 2018-2019 BUDGET ORDINANCE
Chairman Nicolas Montoya called for the Board’s adoption of the formal budget
ordinance for FY 2018-2019.
\[Motion made by Chuck Pennington, seconded by Jason Bryant and
unanimously carried to adopt the formal budget ordinance for FY 2018-2019
in the amount of $6,838,417. A copy of the ordinance is located in the
Resolution/Ordinance book dated as of March, 2011.\]
There being no further business to come before the Board, motion made to adjourn
the meeting at 5:05 p.m.
NOTE: Our next TDA Board Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 29,
2018.
