EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
August 27, 2019
PRESENT: Daniel Perkins – Chairman
Jason Bryant – Vice-Chairman
Kim Hufham – President/CEO
Angela Rhodes - Secretary
Lisa Wurtzbacher – Treasurer
Nicolas Montoya – Past Chairman
EXCUSED: N/A
STAFF: Kim Little - Admin. Services Manager/Recording Secretary
Board Chairman Daniel Perkins called the August 27, 2019 Executive Committee Meeting to
order at 12:00 p.m. in the offices of the CVB.
ITEM I: APPROVAL OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MINUTES: - Daniel Perkins
\[Motion made by Jason Bryant, seconded by Angela Rhodes and carried
unanimously to approve the minutes from May 24, 2019 Executive Committee
minutes as presented.\]
ITEM II: STRATEGIC PLAN UPDATE- Kim Hufham
The Program of Work is at the printers now. Kudos to Shawn Braden’s team for
completing the Program of Work. Strategic Destination Plan and annual CVB Program of
Work Presentation will be on September 17, 2019. The TDA is almost fully staffed. There is
one more position to advertise for in Marketing.
ITEM III: OLD BUSINESS/NEW BUSINESS – Daniel Perkins
Daniel Perkins asked for the Executive Board to go in a closed session. Kim Hufham and
Kim Little was asked to excuse themselves from the closed session.

unanimously to approve a closed session to discuss a personnel matter from Jason
Bryant \]
Chairman Perkins called the meeting back into regular session and stated that an annual
review of President/CEO had been discussed and a recommend a salary increase would be
presented to the TDA Board meeting on August 28, 2019.
There being no further items, adjournment at 1:15 p.m.
