Chairman Daniel Perkins called the meeting of the New Hanover County Tourism
Development Authority Board of Directors to order at 5:36pm. The virtual WebEx meeting
was initiated at the offices of the CVB.

**Due to the lack of a quorum, all voting items on the agenda were tabled until the next
NHC TDA Board meeting on October 28, 2020.
ITEM #2 – APPROVAL OF BOARD MINUTES FOR MAY 29 AND JUNE 12, 2019 –

ITEM #3 – FINANCIALS/ROT REPORT – Lisa Wurtzbacher
New Hanover County Finance Officer Lisa Wurtzbacher gave two reports. The first report
is for July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2020.
BUDGET AMENDMENT: BA#2021- No quorum
ITEM#4- FUNDING REQUESTS- Kim Hufham-No quorum

ITEM #5- PRESENTATION of 2020/2021 Strategic Recovery Plan &
Program of Work- Kim Hufham
President/CEO Kim Hufham presented the Program of Work/ Strategic Plan for 2020-2021.
(Copy located in Exhibit Book XIII) A full presentation to be given to constituents on
September 10, 2020. Presentation began with the State of Tourism:

President/CEO reminded all attendees that the Industry Presentation of this program would
be on September 10, 2020 via Zoom virtual meeting courtesy of Natalie English and the
Wilmington Chamber of Commerce.
